Worst customer service in any industry. Does not live up to installation and in time service. Very rude to customer after he gets your money and after 4 months waiting for a finished kitchen I was not able to have Thanksgiving in my home and I paid Mr Livingston all the cash up front for a complete job because he said if I paid him he would give me a 500$ discount on the job estimate . Had them install granite counter tops in my kitchen and everything appeared fine at first. After only a couple years the under mount kitchen sink seal separated from the granite. I called Livingston Design numerous time to try and have them repair it. I was even willing to pay them to fix it! They would tell me they would have to call me back. After 3 attempts I gave up and called another contractor. I wasn't displeased with the work, it was just a minor problem. It was the service that annoyed me.
