After few years of a nightmare type of tenants I had through another realtor I finally decided to have Atwan help me lease my property. He worked with me and he knew what I wanted from the lease. He was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient. He won our trust with the leasing process and now he manages the property. We now know that our place is in the right hands and finally it became a stress free income property that we always wanted to have.
Atwan was very responsive and quick to communicate with us. Within only a couple of hours of submitting to receive more information we received a call from him, followed by an email with more information. Atwan found me the perfect roommate. Quiet, respectful, and hardly ever in the common areas. Quite frankly the absolute perfect roommate. Unfortunately I had to leave for job reasons. Too bad though. A great property with a great roommate. Thanks Atwan!
I have worked with Living Simple over the years and know the owner well. They provide a great service for managing my properties. They take care of everything and don't get me involved unless absolutely needed. Highly recommend!!

I worked with Atwan for a few months already. Some snags appeared on the way to moving in to my new place. But he professionally assisted me through every step to solve the issues that came up. He also did his best to accommodate things i thought would be an added addition to my place, such a desk, which he talked to the owner about and gladly agreed to provide. I highly appreciate his professionalism, and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.
Some of my friends moved into a townhouse. They don't speak very much English, but he made sure everything was clear and they were comfortable. I also worked in the same office in Rockville. They found us a reliable renter in a timely manner and at market value. They have managed all of the renter/landlord situations where repairs, fixes or other matters needed resolving saving us both time and effort.
