Mishandled the RGCC test - strong evidence shows test results were switched with another patient. This means both myself & the other patient spent ~$2800 each on a test that is useless. Refuses to make it right & pay to have test re-done. Told lies, changed stories many times, strung me along, took weeks to reply to emails or return phone calls. Promised a refund, then sent $500. Legal action in the works.

Not sure if I have shared this yet or not. My husband Chad had suffered from a hip disease for 11 years. The top half of his hip had completely disintegrated by the age of 30 and he was expected to have a partial hip replacement with in 6 months of that appointment with a surgeon.
