Id rate them a ZERO of I could. I bought a new bed with a fabric headboard. It was delivered wi5h a stain/spot on it. After $ days of calling customer service I finally had a response. They will replace it but I need to pay $99 for delivery. The original delivery was free, so now I have to pay for them to replace the product that they should never have sent me.Also, I had to go to ACE Hardware to buy an *************** and some bolts that were missing. Ordered a soft on 8/5/2023 I was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery...I'm still waiting 10 weeks with little to no communication from living spaces. When calling customer service I now have a window of an additional 4 weeks out.

Don't do business with Living Spaces and the Carefree warranty, they lack integrity.

I came across Living Spaces online when I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else. What I love about Living Spaces is that they have multiple collections each with a variety of pieces and you can put "your look" together how ever you want. My space was 12x14, medium I guess, but I wanted deep seated comfort which you can usually only find large pieces for, but I painstakingly went through about ************************************************ each until I found a collection, the ******, with pieces that fit the style I was... read more

I would give a zero star, if I could to the ********* store at ********************************************************************. Ridiculous store with ridiculous customer service. I placed an order for an outdoor chair set and table along with a swing. The chair set is from a third party vendor. The executive who helped me with the order told me that the chair set will be delivered separately because it is doorship and when the rest of the order is delivered, the driver will assemble the chairs also. We bought a ****** ***. They sent us wrong hardware and never replaced it. Additionally, we bought a Cal King *** which the frame was supposed to accommodate. The *** frame DOES NOT accommodate the Cal King *** and the footboard comes out a good 3 . The amount of times we have smashed our knees on the *** is insane. My husband seriously injured his knee last night smashing it into the ***. Its completely ridiculous that this *** is so poorly made.
