I thought we had a good experience but it became a terrible one. We were looking for some sofas we gave our measurements of our entry ways to an associate, and we trusted in their expertise. They assured us the certain sofa we liked was a right fit for our dimensions, so we went forward with our custom order . The next day, I found out the minimum clearance for the sofa is 36, not 33, like the the associated said, so it will not fit. Poorest customer service. Will never shop there again, was advised a coupon could be used for any purchase by the office personnel, but when I returned to make purchase I was told they were making an exception for me. Clearance item I wanted had missing shelf noted, but saw a broken leg glued back on, I was told that they never put all the reasons for clearance on a tag, Requested bigger discount due to significantly more damage and was told no. Asked for manager who said they could take off only $17 because the could not go... read more

We received our two, custom order, swivel, reclining chairs, on-time, however, we immediately saw that the base of our recliners looked nothing like the recliners we saw in the store, nor the ones advertised on the Living Spaces website. Four months of going back and forth with corporate, plus going to the store to speak with customer service, we still have no resolution. The person we talked with at the store actually told us that "sometimes pictures are doctored on our website" to make the furniture look better. She agreed... read more

Let me start by saying I am fully aware that time frames are only estimates of delivery times. With that being said, my boyfriend and I purchased a couch on September 20 with the reassurance that our couch would be delivered a week and a half after we moved into our place (Oct 2nd). It was a special order so I get that those take longer, but the reason we did a special order was because they told us we would only have to wait 3-6 weeks. Delivery scheduling estimates are determined according to the current production schedule at the time of purchase, these estimates are subject to change as the schedule is updated. Living Spaces will notify the guest via email of any changes that occur. After reviewing the order, we can confirm that all three pieces are scheduled to be delivered on October 19, 2023.

STILL AWAITING MY REFUND!I ordered a table and 4 chairs and they were of inferior quality so I asked to return them. I was offered a 10% discount to keep the items, but I didn't want them. RXO, their delivery company came to pick them up on Sept. 20th. and I got notification that the items were received at their facility. I've still not received my refund and it's Oct. 16th.Will they make it right? We'll see. Disappointed.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Living spaces loves to scam people for money with their warranty/care plan that you cant actually use AND when you cant use the warranty you have credit that expires so you 100% just lose the money all together. If you try to use the credit that you paid for the warranty, they dont tell you that you have to spend twice the amount of money to get your credit amount. Basically if you paid $500 for a warranty you have to spend $1000 to get the $500 credit . Dont ever buy the warranty be... read more
