I bought the warranty on my couch because they told me EVERYTHING IS COVERED - tears, rips, malfunctions, fading etc. I followed their instructions to submit a claim. There are many questions when submitting a claim and its very confusing. They even had me upload a video of one of the malfunctions. Worst of all! I waited 2 weeks for my order to get delivered only to know that they cannot fulfill the request. They didn't email or anything and I had to reach out for my refund. Customer representatives are worst and this business is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!

They left me on hold for 2 and half hours. In a attempt to have me down the line because they have not replaced my umbrella that I have a warranty on. Only to pick up the line and state the person was gone. Am a total disable person who can not just go to the store.

***************** WHAT delivery service? I have been waiting since mid April for a sofa, and NOW I get a text message from them telling me it will be delivered tomorrow?!? WTH? I work in a hospital emergency room and they seem to think I can just jump up, and take off on THEIR schedule?!?! I won't be bothering with this bunch of idiots again! And do not get me started on their "customer service"! That's a joke in itself. WORSE BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company and customer service are both terrible. The chairs took way longer to get here and only one out of two actually arrived because one was damaged in shipping. Also they had me buy two batteries for the chairs but didnt tell me there was a 7 day return policy and I didn't get my chair to try the batteries on for 3 weeks after. They didn't care about that at all and refused to let me return the batteries that did not work, they only stayed charged from a full charge for 2 hours! I... read more

Worst customer service imaginable. They came to delivery new couches and take back the ones that broke within a week and decided that sliding the furniture across my brand new wood floors in my brand new house was a good idea. When I contacted them, they said they aren't responsible because I had to provide them with a blanket, carpet, etc....there was a 9 foot carpet in the living readily available. Incompetent service reps screwed me over. I gave the measurements of my front door and entry way and they gave me the green the light that the couch I wanted would fit. Fast forward to delivery, IT DOESN'T FIT, and they are charging me 25% restocking fee. I followed the advice of YOUR EMPLOYEES and on the phone you told me it is "my fault." Train your employees better to not talk about things they apparently know nothing about and stop wasting customer's money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience.
may 2023 We ordered a sectional from living spaces and got two defective couches. After numerous un packing and waiting they took them back and laughed and said we must have won the lotto. We started our order in February and it is now end of May and they just took the last one back and now we have to start all over no offer to discount on a next one or anything. It was close to $1,800 and we have not gotten the refund yet
We ordered a chair that is advertised on their website, only to find that the chair literally does not exist. We ordered the "***** Ivory Rocker Recliner" by the *** number, 228261cv18. Living Spaces delivered the wrong color chair on 5/14/23. We refused delivery because it was the incorrect color.
