I bought a night stand in July. They sent me a damaged one on the first delivery. I called customer service and I was told they will send a replacement and pick up the damage item. Had sofa delivered and the crew said they will only deliver through the bedroom door if I sign a waiver to release all liability for damage. I asked him to measure the couch and all they had was a crumpled up piece of tape to measure couch width and door width. I just moved in so didnt have tape measure on me. I told them when originally measured before we ordered that we had about 2 of clearance. His crumpled up piece of tape which is not accurate showed 1/2 clearance. I was told either sign the waiver or they wont deliver ... read more

Horrible customer service, took money, no items Never received sideboard nor chest drawers. Horrible customer service. They setup delivery date and time, then waited 30 minutes before delivery time to call and say they did not have them. So now I was suppose to wait again after 1 month until October to see if they come in. Why setup delivery date and time and 2days later after a month long wait call and confess you never had it in stock????

After review of the account, we show the order was cancelled and refunded on 8/26/2023 due to the lead time to receive the items. A delivery will not be taking place as the guest was issued a refund for the items.

The commitment from their end was to notify me for coordinating a delivery slot between 28th July 2023 and 4th August 2023. I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat 5 years ago and sales associate offered care free plan which covers damages up to 5 years and if I don't submit a claim during 5 year period they would refund care fee I'd paid initially. I've contacted local Living Spaces store after 5 years and never submitted a claim. Now they are telling me they can only issue a store credit and I can not get a refund. I'd consider this is false advertisement.
