Worst experience I have ever had. We bought patio furniture early this year in March and still have not received a courtesy call or email. The times I have called no one seems to know when or where the product is. Extremely upset, disappointed!!!!!!!

I wish I would have read reviews regarding Living Space's crappy service and furniture before buying my dresser. I purchased in in August 2021, picked it up on 8/27 and the next day unboxed it to find out that a corner was dented and damaged. I immediately contacted living spaces and the only resolution they offered was to have one of their technicians come out and "fix" it. They did not schedule a tech to come out until 10/7/21! One star is 100% better than this absolute garbage can of a company deserves. After purchasing an addition to a bedroom set through a Living Spaces promotion, I received email confirmation of the purchase and a scheduled delivery date. Fast forward 6 weeks and when I call to confirm delivery, I'm told that there will be no delivery for "at least" another 2 months. This is by far the worst! I've been waiting for a couch since JULY! They don't even have a delivery date for me yet. Supposedly they would take 10-12 weeks to have my order ready. If you could go ANYWHERE else DO IT! Their items aren't the worst but the wait is RIDICULOUS. Someone should not have to wait this long for a **** couch that is not cheap by any means!

I just want to let you guys know how unsatisfied I am with living spaces furniture and specially with the warranty company. I have purchased many items at living spaces and in 2019 I purchased 2 expensive couches. Something appeared damaged/defected on the leather and some other issues arose around the same time. The warranty company declined it for the reason that it was ACCUMULATIVE Damages. what a response, I disputed the first response and they came back with the same answer. Terrible experience. First they say my item is in stock and can be delivered next week. , then keep delaying . I had ordered a bed for my guest room and had guest scheduled. After all the delays,a month later they finally deliver the bed, but it was missing the legs, delivery people just left half assembled bed.. this was on a Friday, no response back until Monday, when they say they are waiting for distribution center to find the legs to my order. We ordered a two/three pieces sectional on Aug 7th, we were told 52 days max for delivery but most likely sooner. Here we are pat the 52 days. Multiple calls, multiple CS staff, finally got to the store manager who'd claimed all he can do is give us $100 gift card (we paid $3500 for our couch). The couch is not even scheduled to get to living spaces for another week and then still needs to be scheduled with us for delivery "depending on their availability" according to the manager. The WORST experience ever!!! I just bought a chair for them earlier this year only to have the leg of the chair break a month later. I called the warranty department and sent them all the required items, they sent me an email saying they will send me a new chair and scheduled delivery. Well, the day came and gone as was told ohh sorry due to covid the chair is on back order. Living Spaces is a complete let down. I ordered a backyard set early June and still waiting for pieces to arrive. It's been 5 months and each month I can they say "a few more weeks" with no guarantees or discounts offered. Customer satisfaction is by far their least concern. Will NEVER shop there again. Very disappointing, considering the amount of effort they put into their advertising.
