If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered dresser and two night stands in May, finally got tired of waiting and no updates in December and request to cancel, instead of just putting money back to that card, which of course would be nice around Christmas they claim to be mailing a check. I also had a seperate order that came very damaged after waiting a couple of months for it. Customer service is severely lacking. AVOID.

WOW, next time I will check the ratings. Due to a medical issue, my mom had to spend more time in her room, so we thought to buy her a chair. I ordered a custom sofa from Living Space on July 12, 2021. The sofa was a three (3) piece section in Chenille (color Preference Cream). After a very difficult delivery process, the sofa was finally delivered on November 6, 2021 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Due to COVID-19, XPO, the delivery service hired by Living Spaces, does not set up the furniture. If I could give them no stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY GIVE YOU FALSE DELIVERY DATES!!! Ordered a California King sized bed frame and split box spring with free full-service delivery. The delivery team brought in the bed, set it up, and then brought in the box spring and said that we only ordered half of one. HALF?! I was very confused, so I checked my order and checked the product page on the website. ZERO STARS!! Rudest people on chat ever! Chloe and Adrianna Inguanzo both assured me that not paying for FULL SERVICE DELIVERY EXTRA MONEY WAS NOT NECESSARY! They both assured me that if the dresser inside the box was damaged, another one would be replaced "probably in the same week" They BOTH made sure I had paid in full and then order was placed. Living Spaces has made extra charges every time I make a purchase. I have had to call and dispute it every time with Synchrony. On one occasion, Living Spaces noted it was standard for them to charge twice and it is up to the customer to follow up with them once the item has been delivered in order for them to remove the second charge!!! Living Spaces always denies the extra charges, while Syncrony is able to see it under their system. My experienced with Living Space is horrible. I purchase a sectional couch and was promised a delivery date of 11/27 between 8am to 3pm. I received delivery confirmation 2 days before delivery date. On the day of delivery, I get no call, no email or no delivery. I called LS customer service to check delivery status. The first customer rep told me that my furniture will be ship 7-14 business day.
