I purchased an item from them and when I went to put it together I discovered it was defective/damaged so I called their warranty department and later received a phone call from them indicating my claim was denied due to the 7 day return window had expired. I purchased the item early because of all the delays with shipping to ensure when we moved in it was there. So yes the unopened box did sit for a period of time. Dresser delivered broken, I then drove 1.5 hours to the nearest store to exchange the item. They had to open 4 boxed to find 1 undamaged dresser. Email confirmation of mattress delivery states it will be delivered in 4 - 8 days, 8 days later, and still no mattress. Call in and you can't get anyone to answer the phone in the United States, can't even understand what they are saying. 5 phone calls later get a young man in CA that talks so quietly I have to keep telling him to speak up. Please do not waste your time with this store. You pay upfront and wait months for your products. Then they deliver by dropping off at your door and are gone. When we opened the boxes of 3 products we ordered, bed, dresser and nightstand we found a dent on the side/back of dresser. When I called to report I was offered $20, i declined and asked for an exchange. I was then asked if they could try and fix it and have someone come to the house. Same issue as the other folks. I have been waiting for months for a replacement bookcase since the original was cracked. Delivery has been rescheduled several times now. I noted that on the complaints an automated response has been delivered by Living Spaces. Which should tell you what kind of low life outfit this is. I have been in touch and all they can do is tell me they will ship it as soon as they get it. But it never gets there. For my pain and suffering i want the new bookcase and a refund on the price since I have us... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING SPACES!!! 1. EXPECT DELAYS. In April, 2021, We ordered an outdoor set of Table/Umbrella/Chairs. It's been more than 6 MONTHS and we still don't have our complete order. Living Spaces should have informed us in the beginning this was backordered or we would have gone elsewhere. They kept saying you'll receive "NEXT MONTH." Disgusting experience with the Living Spaces, Frisco TX Store. Not once but every-time i do business with them. The store employees including the store manager Jamie is a complete waste of time. We placed an order for a dinning set with full service delivery as the sales rep confirmed it is in stock. But they delivered a completely wrong item for the chairs. This is the worst company I ever ordered anything from. Save your money, your time and all the headache and just find another furniture store. Over the last 4 months i have been constantly lied by their employees and their management. Delivery date was promised for 4 to 6 weeks after placing the order, 4 months later i am still waiting. Their staff is absolutely incompetent, they never know what is going on, never have any updates or information about my order. We bought a reclining sectional 4 months ago and the thing is already broken. Bent up frame, the manual recliner won't pop down with someone sitting in the seat, and the fabric is already balling up. Of course we called the warranty department and complained and we are told no exchange there's no refund blah blah blah. Super horrible. A 2.5k couch and it's thrashed.

I spent a week taking multiple trips to the store and being there for hours because their ordering system is clearly outdated, I was happy to finally get my items. Item (#XXXXXX) was delivered October 8th and it came damaged. The delivery men told me I had to refuse it send it back to the store. The legs were broken. After that, I found out the item was out of stock and the only one available was a floor model at the store, which you don't deliver.
