BEWARE of entrusting your autistic children with this "company". My two autistic grandkids were placed there for ABA. What a JOKE! My 3 year old grandson was neglected by this company for almost a month when he should have been in therapy. The UNQUALIFIED "tech", Trista, they sent had NO EXPERIENCE with non verbal children. Rather than just say that she didnt know how to interact with my grandson, she created an entire story about her son being in the hospital, and having surgery. Thankful for the standard of care my technician gives. My child's behavior has improved greatly since starting ABA. There is truly a difference.
We were hesitant about ABA but Ms. Jordan and Ms. Amanda walked us through the process before we started services. My child loves their technician and we see little improvements every single day. These are people that care about your child's progress and well-being. I could not be any happier with their services!
While being with the company my child is now able to get his wants and needs met. His Tec is caring and knowledgeable in regards to working with children with Autism. Supervisors attend and ensure treatment is done properly by technicians. .
My daughter received the most caring services while in their care. The major things like communication, was addressed and we were pleased. Tec assigned was attentive, engaged, and eager to see us everyday.
