Any updates on the Venezia elevator repair? Today is day number SEVEN!! The elevator is still broken. I'm not sure if this happens to any of the other buildings but the Venezia elevator seems to break every other month.
Great! New buildings. Everything it is clean. The service of maintenance it's the best thing. When we have some light problem or a clogged one they are there to solve even when we are out of our apt. Helpful and eficiente.
I've had a great experience at the Living at Santa Monica community. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive and the building common areas are well maintained. Apartments are expensive for size, but demand in area is great.
Well today the elevator is out and we are on the 6th floor. . The call box has been out for weeks. So today when my friend comes to visit I have to go down 6 floors of stairs to let her in and back up six floors. We have a noise issue in our apartment that has to do with the restaurant down stairs. We have been complaining about this for a month and they are still trying to fix it. This is a very happy place to live. I live in San Remo. I love it here. All the tenants are friendly and I feel good about this. I am closed to many important places like: the groceries, the banks, good restaurants, department stores and some other stores in Promenade. I hardly take may car out of the garage. It is great to be close to the ocean!!!! The other important part of been a resident of Living at Santa Monica is that the management take a goof care of everything. I would recommend this apartments gladly to any one.
