Do something about people that constantly violate their leasing agreement. In a non-smoking apartment building the occupants of Revello 201 smoke weed INSIDE and it seeps through the walls and flooring. Who smokes weed at 3pm on a Wednesday inside their NON-SMOKING apt. Not to mention the covid parties which were 3 just in the month of June. I emailed the office every time and no response at all. I even called Santa Monica police for the parties. Nada! Ground floor renovation in our building took several months rather than a few weeks (as was promised in the beginning). It is still ongoing. Elevator was out 4 weeks in a row once, and 2-5 days in a row multiple times over 12 months. All this is a huge inconvenience for families with small kids and strollers
A lot of college kids are living in these apartments now, and every weekend there's loud music and partying going on. Very frustrating. Management continues to ignore the problem. 😖
I would rate it a zero if possible. Sorrento building elevator has been broken for over 1 week and now the hot water is out!!!!! Rent is a lot and you can't even shower!!!!!! Building is very dirty, poor security and management does not care. Live anywhere else
You'll pay a lot to live here but don't expect much service once you're in. We've been waiting for a special track light bulb replacement for three weeks. Not sure why that's so challenging?
