If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live — this is definitely not it. The upstairs neighbor is constantly making noise and seems to be using drugs. I’ve reported it many times, but management does nothing. Francisco, the property manager, is always rude, unhelpful, and acts annoyed anytime you ask for assistance. He never resolves anything and makes you feel unwelcome. It’s a stressful and unpleasant place to live. Avoid this place if you value peace and quiet.
I love love love Living at NoHo! The leasing office and maintenance team are kind and caring and fun, my neighbors are creative and compassionate, the events they have make me and my son feel safe and just so lucky to be a part of this community 🥰. We can’t say enough nice things about this place. Our home was recently destroyed and we had to rent an apartment. We’re in our 50s and were a bit nervous about rental living after so long in our own place. Sarah, Shonda and Francisco are the staff members we’ve met and they are simply lovely people who care about the residents and have all been extremely helpful during our stressful time. I recently toured Living At NoHo and had the pleasure of meeting Shonda. She was amazing during the tour. She answered all my questions and showed me a couple of beautiful apartments. I plan on making Living At NoHo my new home within the next couple of months.
