My wife Carol and I are current clients of Arosa and are utilizing both caregiving and care management. The staff members we have worked with, Annie Budash, our care manager, and Leah Gottfried, our primary caregiver, are superb! Arosa East Bay has been outstanding in providing services for my husband as well as excellent support for me. There are at least five people who comprise a team that coordinates well together. When unexpected help is needed, it is available 24 hrs. a day. Everyone has a defined role and I am always kept informed of any changes or new information. The staff at Arosa is amazing. They've been taking care of my grandmother for over a year who has progressive Dementia. The staff have given my grandmother and I our independence -- so I can work and she can have a social life outside of the house. The helpers we've had have been great at coming up with new, fun activities for my grandmother to do. The quality of care is wonderful. I enthusiastically recommend.
The staff is very friendly and so are the clients this is a great place to work for!
