Worst property manager I've ever seen in my life! Rude constantly. I can't never get ahold of them. They always screw up my checks when paying rent and then yelled at me for her mistake without so much as an apology!
Since under new management the company has been great and exceeded all my expectations.
Worst Management ever ! I have been in this apartment a year plus and the Property Manager Dawn refuses to fix my screens in my apartment allowing every bug known to man including silverfishes, Palmetto bugs and stink bugs into my apartment. She says submitted a work and the maintenance guy called me but I have text message telling her that he never contacted me and here is also a screenshot of my work order list.
