just ok, several people called but did not know what car we were asking about. I shouldn't have to work this hard
We traveled 2 hrs. To see this car. Our sales person Carsten was not informed about it. When we then wanted to talk to a service person he was at lunch. We went to lunch, came back and talked with John ( very helpful ) with impatient Carston pacing...who latter said "he learned more than he wanted to know about this car" (was he buying it?). Prompt and courteous but didn't direct to the proper personnel to get more information about the car
Depending who you deal with there it could be a good or bad thing. But the deal they gave me when I left was great. Wouldn't recommend.
They help me as much as they could.Nice experience
They neglected to tell me that the car I was interested in had sold, so I drove all the way out to Livermore Honda from SF for nothing (which included paying for a Zipcar). They had also told me an incorrect opening time, so I had to wait an hour for anyone to arrive. The salesman then brought me over to another employee to inquire about the status of the car.
