They are unorganized. And the sales guy left us hanging out at his desk for 30 mins after we were done filling out papers. We started to look for him and we find him in another car with another customer. Then when he returned I asked if we were going to discuss the price and he said "it's not up for discussion. Excellent follow-up and responsiveness.
They posted an awesome car at a great price... But it was just bait. Turns out it was not actually available, yet the same car was REPOSTED the next day. The dealership of course they tried to sell me a much more expensive car. Hmm dubious
They worked hard to help me figure out a way to transport a vehicle I was interested in.
Car have lots mechanical issues
Two months left on original warranty and they did not want to to Certify the vehicle for 100K miles which would have been automatically done in another two months - they wanted me to pay 5K for the certification and were not willing to negotiate that issue.
Car was already sold when I arrived. Salesman made no attempt to sell me another car, didn't even ask if I was interested to see anything else.
Purchased a car found on cargurus.com great experience and amazing price!
Sales person Steve was great, however I chose not to buy due to the dealership runaround on purchasing
