I received a warm welcome. My parking was validated. Since I forgot my tooth brush and paste I asked if I could have my sample bag before my appt and they gracious complied. Dr. Wingfield never disappoints. He provides excellent personalized care and is thorough. The quality of the service makes this dental practice outstanding. I highly recommend it.
I really enjoyed my first visit at Midtown Smile Center. Everyone was very friendly and helpful The office was very nice. They had TVs in each exam room which I thought was a great addition - gave me something to watch while they worked :) The dentist was also very friendly and informative. She made sure I understood everything she communicated to me and did a great job explaining things.
I was a little skeptical about seeing a new dentist since Dr. Marson left. I had been with him for more than 10 years. But Dr. Golik is pretty much like Dr. Marson. He is easy to talk to and very personable. I am glad I stayed with Midtown Smile!
I came in for a routine cleaning, it was my third visit to this location after coming in about 6 months ago for an emergency crown. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have poor dental history and my upkeep is subpar, and they gave me great care and were very kind. They also have a water jet that does most of the teeth cleaning that reduces the nasty pick usage, which was really nice. First time patient who was apprehensive in visiting a new dentist after many years without a dentist visit. My previous dentist moved his practice @ 40 miles south of Midtown. Friendly smile at front desk, didn't wait more than 5 minutes in lobby. Hygienist was super great, gentle on teeth & gums, informative & efficient. Took all X-rays. Honored prices quoted over the phone. What more could you ask for?
The entire office seems to run like a well oiled machine. A positive experience from the moment I was greeted at the front desk through the final consultation with Dr. Golik. I was in and out and on my way before I knew it...they also validate parking which is always a plus.
I love going to Midtown Smile Center. Always pleasant personalities and ppl that put you at ease b4 any procedure is done. Been coming here for all my cleanings and if I have needed any fillings done and I will continue to come here. Especially if they keep validating my parking lol!
