I started going to Midtown Smile Center in 2015. Before that I had not been to a dentist in years. The staff is friendly and everyone always encourages you to ask questions or let them know if you have noticed anything.
Friendly, Quick, and Effective
Just moved to the practice. I'm surprised by basically everything. Everybody is super-nice and straightforward. I was made honest recommendations and a follow-up appointment was booked in a way that didn't feel like pulling teeth (ha).
From booking the appointment (directions and parking) to prompt appointment timing to excellent hygienist to the doctor's review and suggestions for a plan of action, I couldn't have had a better experience. I am so happy to have a manageable plan that I can see step by step how my goals will be met. Thanks Staff!!!
I recently visited Midtown Smile Center for the second time. At each visit, I had a wonderful experience. All members is the staff I've met are very pleasant.

They were very efficient and friendly!!!! Great customer service and explained everything perfectly.
They were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time, took me straight back to start the cleaning. Bonnie, my hygienist, was friendly and knowledgable as was every other member of the staff I came in contact with. I ended up at this dentist after bad experiences with another practice in midtown. I have been going here for about two years now and it's always smooth sailing.
