Great area to live in I pay good money to live here at Live Oaks and something needs to be done about Tammy. She doesn't have respect for anyone! I hate calling the office and she answers the phone. They need to watch her I’ve seen her take stuff. She used to live here and you would always see her coming out of apartments with stuff. I’ve seen the guys put fans in her truck and I know it’s her vehicle because she use to live here. She complained a lot and put the blame on others it’s never her. Best apartments in Baton Rouge!! We have been at Live Oaks for over 2 years now and we love it. We are only moving because we have purchased a house. Tammy and Jaye are fantastic to work with. They are very pleasant and responsive to questions. We've had no issues at all. Any maintenance requests have been taken care of by Steven quickly, again with no issues. Love!!! This is our third year living at Live Oak and I cannot tell you the love I have for this place. From the very beginning the office staff has been so lovely and helpful. Our maintenance crew is like family and take care of everything the same day. It is like a little neighborhood with everyone looking out for each other. Super quiet and a safe place if you have children. We feel like we really lucked out when finding this gem.

Great Experience I've had the pleasure of residing at Live Oaks Apartments for 8 years now and at one point I moved out with thoughts of a different scenery only to return within the same week. Throughout my 8 years at Live Oaks it's been a wonderful experience... My neighbors are all amazing and the attention from the office is second to none. The new Live Oaks I recently moved out of a one bedroom in July. I keep calling for Tammy the manager but she doesn't want to return my phone calls. I even emailed her and, yet she still hasn't answered. I remember she told me not to worry about getting my carpet clean when I moved out and yet she charged me for it. I always paid my rent on time. This place didn't have problems until after Jackie left and Tammy took over! The maintenance guys would always leave something on in my apartment such as a light or leave their tool... read more

Love these apartments I have lived at Live Oaks for three years and I love it!!! Maintenance is wonderful here, and I have never had any issues with them. Maintenance is available 24/7 and they are always quick and courteous! The girls in the office are always helpful, courteous and polite! Going down and traffic is horrible Maintenance is lazy and they just walk around. They are always on their phones. The Property Manager is very rude and mean. It's very hard to break a lease its like pulling teeth! ITS NOT QUITE ANYMORE! IT'S like they are letting anyone move in. Its going down here. The noise from the traffic is horrible and traffic by the road at night I can hear everything. I have leaks from my windows or the roof no one knows! I wouldn't recommend this place at all! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! When we first moved in Live Oaks seemed to be amazing but slowly things started to break and would never get properly fixed. Management changed and it got even worse. I HAD TO TAKE MATTERS UP WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER. HUGE HEADACHE...I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !! The manager Tammy is absolutely terrible. She yells at everyone! Her staff is scared to death of her. Nice trees and crepe myrtles This apt complex has unfortunately gone down over the past few years. New street going to increase noise from traffic. Mostly quiet.
