New Company New Management I personally want to say that we have been here 10 years and we have never received such expediency in our requests, responses to emails or care to make us feel that we are now definitely among a professional group. Amazing I have lived with my daughter and grandchildren for quite a few years! Meeting the love of my life it was time to ‘move on’. My daughter helped me and we researched all possibilities and found that Live Oaks was the best match-close to my grandbabies and close to work! Home Sweet Home! I moved here last year after downsizing. From the beginning, I felt so welcome here! Tammy and Jaye in the office are so sweet and will do anything to help you. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I love all the oak trees! If anything breaks, it gets fixed right away. The service guys are friendly and professional. They take the extra step to get it right. I love my third floor apartment with the high vaulted ceiling..makes it feel even larger. Also, having a washer & dryer is a plus! Excellent Customer Service I absolutely love living at Live Oaks. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe. They have been very helpful at all times assisting me with anything I may need and answering all questions that I may have. The staff (Jaye) has gone over and beyond to accommodate my request! You can't ask for better management. Don't think I will get this treatment living anywhere else!!!
Too many break ins. They have had so many break-ins at the complex and vehicles stolen its ridiculous. Not one time has Tammy the rude manager notified anyone who lives at Live Oaks of this unsafe situation! Yes they have installed cameras however car break-ins are still occurring. When asked “why was I moving” I told her because the property was unsafe Tammy got highly offensive and disrespectful and hung up in my face. She refused to give me upper management contact info!

Ms Tammy property manager Dear Sir, My son attends LSU. and I must say I feel very assured with my son living there,its quiet,well groomed grounds,and very nice apartments. But most important,I feel good about his safety . Some time ago I went to the office to introduce myself to Ms Tammy the manager and she has been more than helpful to any an all problems .At this point I have nothing but praise for a job well done,I would definately recommend these apartments to anyone looking. Great Apartments! My first review was very misguided and a lot of things were taken the wrong way, but Jaye was very professional in clearing everything up. These apartments are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have enjoyed my time here I have lived at Live Oaks for about a year and a half. When I was preparing to move into town I absolutely fell in love with all of the trees and the beautiful pool even though there were no units to preview due to the flooding. Once I finally got into my apartment I was still happy with my choice. The bathrooms, closets and kitchen are spacious which is important for me because I have a lot of stuff.
