Our Harley loves Dr. Luce and his wonderful Staff. When you walk in the door, they're happy to see you and when you come to get your family member, even if they've been an unwilling patient for the doctor, you still know they love each and every patient they see. My pups stayed for 4 nights and were treated the very best by whole staff and Dr. Luce. Came home happy and clean(free bath). Everyone there were very caring and being able to bring their own beds and toys make such a difference. THANKS for everything from Sadie and Honey Bear.
Dr. Luce, his staff & clinic were outstanding!!! Awesome atmosphere for scared fur kids =^.^= I loved that they have an examination room just for cats. My kitty gets extremely stressed by car rides & vet visits. She felt at ease and barely cried. Dr. Luce & his vet assistant were very gentle, loving & concerned for both my cat & my emotions towards my pets possible illness. I also felt the price for services were very fair. Dr Luce and his staff are amazing. When I moved up her I had gone to another pet hospital and was always told to drop my pet off and very rarely saw the doctor that treated my animals. I decided to try Dr Luce because he is close to my work. I was so impressed with how he treated my animals, he took the time to sit down with me and discuss everything I needed to know in a language that an individual could understand. Dr Luce and his staff have been absolutely fantastic. He is so calm and understanding, and answers my questions without me feeling dumb for asking. So glad I switched to them and appreciative of the girls understanding the stress of my situation, even when I have called them in tears. Loving Live Oak Vet!
