The worst vet experience we have ever had. We recently moved and switched here for my two small dogs. In the three years I’ve owned my boys, I have never seen them so upset. The problems started before the appointment when we unable to transfer their medical records. First we tried to fax, then email, then we went in and emailed it in front of them to ensure they were able to receive them. RecommendedGreat staff. Dr. Luce gives you and you fur babies the love and attention you need. Dr. luce goes above and beyond to take care of his patients.
I have had the worst experience with Live Oak. Dr. Luce is fine when not relying on others in his establishment. They failed to do the correct thyroid test and now wont answer my questions I have concerns about taking her off the meds (so she can be retested) she has been on without making her dealthy ill. His office manager/business partner has been dropping the ball and refusing to let me speak to the Dr for 2 weeks, cancels my other dogs surgery to remove possible cancerous tumors (already has one that was cancer removed)... read more

I regret you believe my staff has failed in serving you and your pets’ needs. On March 14 you visited with three of your pets (Bruno, Aliana and Lexie). Bruno was cleared to breed and surgery was recommended for Aliana’s skin masses since she has a history on mass cell tumors. Dr. Luce is wonderful! He really takes time to figure out the issue and connect with the animals. I never feel rushed out of the office and feel like he really cares.
Dr. Luce is one of the most loving and compassionate veterinarians I've ever met! I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I've also had the pleasure to work for Live Oak Veterinary Hospital when I lived in California and it was honestly the best place I've ever worked. Him and the office manager treated their employees with love and care and did the exact same for all the client and patients. Definitely would give 10 stars if I could. IF YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR PET, GO TO LIVE OAK VET❤
