I signed a Lease agreement around 2019 at the Live Oak Trails Apartments and within a few months, myself and three kids started getting sick from the toxic mold that was growing inside / outside the walls. I took photos of the black mold and reported the problem to management and the Staff set up a dehumidifier, which did not help. I soon realized why the rent was so cheap. Loud children running around in the parking lot, throwing ball's near cars, throwing rock's through-out the property and littering - all due to the lack of proper supervision from the Parents and certain kids are bullying others outside - BEWARE. The secuity company does not help... Lazy neighbors leave smelly trash near their front door, everyday. Thin walls, I can hear people talking, babies crying at 3AM and traffic outstide 24/7. Very loud community! Show some RESPECT! The Manager do not stay employed here after 8 months... read more
