Warning - I was double billed and I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails for a few days, but no call back. My insurance company has also been trying to get in contact with Live Oak surgery center with no luck. The procedure was fine, but a recent statement with the wrong billing is concerning, especially with no correction. Next step BBB

From registration to discharge I experienced compassionate and highly skilled care. Each department was efficient, knowledgeable and contributed to a wonderful surgical experience. The follow up calls from the nursing staff were friendly and I felt very comfortable with the answers to my questions.

Everyone we encountered at Live Oak Surgery Center was great. Very caring and made our visit easier. Our disharge nurses (Jenna, i think was one of their names) were AWESOME and so was our admitting nurse. Alina was also a great help in the billing office.

My 14yr old son had his knee surgery, meniscus repair done here by Dr. Pace, and had Dr Hussain with anesthesia. Our overall experience was wonderful, as was all of the staff members that helped us!! I would definitely recommend Live Oak to others.

I had my knee surgery done here with ACL reconstruction and meniscus rapier by Dr. Pace, Dr Hussain with anesthesia and my experience was wonderful. Hadeel my pre-op nurse took care of me before my surgery and Courtney was my OR nurse. Everyone was kind, compassionate and understanding! Thank team at Live Oak!
