Celia and Jay were awesome, as a first time homebuyer they made the process very easy they guided me and my wife through the whole experience, and helped us get are first home. I would highly recommend Live Oak reality for anyone buying or selling a home.

Long over due on my part but spending the end of 2025 and early 2026 working with Celia as our realtor was amazing. She ensured we were taken care of and things progressed smoothly especially since my family and I were doing most transactions from out of state. She made sure we were always well informed and up to date if anything changed. If myself or any of my family or friends are ever in need of a realtor in the area this would be the team I recommend hands down.

When I began looking into homes I made sure to prepare thoroughly, that being said I obviously couldn’t account for everything involved. The agent we had working with us did an excellent job in explaining anything we didn’t understand and was available with updates as well as all the tasks we needed to get done. From the very beginning Celia was so helpful with making sure I knew about all of the first time homebuyer perks and advocating for me when needed. When things especially got tough, she was very supportive and encouraging and made sure I made it to the closing table. Jay was also very helpful with understanding the financial side of things and I think it’s really neat that everything was done in house. If I ever decide to sell or purchase a 2nd property, I will definitely be using Live Oak Realty!

I had an amazing time working the wetzel's. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful and understanding. If I had a question I always got an immediate response. I enjoyed working with them.
