From the very beginning Celia was so helpful with making sure I knew about all of the first time homebuyer perks and advocating for me when needed. When things especially got tough, she was very supportive and encouraging and made sure I made it to the closing table. Jay was also very helpful with understanding the financial side of things and I think it’s really neat that everything was done in house. If I ever decide to sell or purchase a 2nd property, I will definitely be using Live Oak Realty!

I had an amazing time working the wetzel's. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful and understanding. If I had a question I always got an immediate response. I enjoyed working with them. I don't think you can find anyone better at their job than they are. Very nice people. Thank you for your patience in my endeavor. It was greatly appreciated.

I had the best experience ever with Celia and Jon finding me a home and in no time was living in it, they are the best, they are very professional make sure everything gets done before the closing date and walks you through every process. They are quick to answer any questions you may have and if they don’t know the answer they will find the answers. If you need a realtor (Live Oak Realty) is the ones you would go to. A Very happy and satisfied customer.

I recently purchased a house in lake city, Mrs. Celia Wetzel was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly very patient during the entire process. I would recommend live oak realty to anyone they got me a good deal on the house i wanted and made the whole process pretty easy.
