My mother in law Kay lives in the Sunderland home. The staff Adam, Kim, Michael, and the rest of the team are amazing!!! She talks so highly about them every time we visit. Thank you.
Live Oak Estates was by far the best care decisions for my dad, who needed assistance after a stroke took his independence. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Live Oak at Sunland St in Austin was for our dad during the last 18 months of his life! Adam and his caring staff always, always gave our dad professional and compassionate care. They honestly treated him and our family as their family; patiently answering our questions and concerns. We always knew Daddy was safe and happy. We could not have asked for more. Thank you so much!
My dad was in the care of Live Oak (Sunland) up until his passing. Trying to find a nice place with good people was a difficult and stressful process because a lot of places wouldn't take him in his condition (dementia, unable to do anything for himself, etc). We were very fortunate to be put in contact with Live Oak. Not only were they able to take him, but it was evident that the staff genuinely cared about the residents (a far cry from what we had witnessed at a skilled nursing facility).
