Best night ever! My boyfriend, our friends and myself had a gathering Saturday, February 25th, and our waitress, Ariel, helped us make sure that we had an amazing experience! We will definitely be returning back again.
All we order was appetizers and we waited for over an hour and only half of my order came out . Disappointed

Atmosphere nice, service no. Ignored and told by two "its not my section ." management needs to hire some people are help
It took about 30 minutes for service! Then everytimw he would leave the table he would take forever to come back. My burger was wrong and brunt! Crawfish didn't come with what I order with it. Very disappointed tonight. Never had bad service or experience there until today.

Well as usual this place always disappoints. I was there 3 hours for all you can eat crawfish I got served 2 pounds and get apologized to by a condescending arrogant manager who chose to tell me how good of a time I had while waiting for my food. My waiter was amazing the crawfish were great they ran out and I waited three hours
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not go here, the service is less than desired. They use the time honored deception of bait and switch. They tell you they have all you can eat crawfish and that they have 400 pounds. You place your order get your wrist band and wait an hour for the first 3 pounds. After that they tell you they are out. They run your food and your beer on separate tabs and try to confuse you on what you ordered by adding extra beers hoping you have had one too many to realize.
