From what I can get from the management, the rent for a single bedroom is 350. That includes water and garbage. All of the apartments are very clean and identical with slight differences in wall color and carpet color. It seems like a great place to live. My friend lives there and he says the repair time is great. Ill be moving there shortly (i hope) and am very excited. It also has a bus stop.
A nice place to live. Very clean when I first moved in. Management is quick with repairs. Quiet complex - a good place to get studying/homework done.
You can t get a better place than this for 350 a month. The deposit is only \$100. It includes water and garbage, but not electricity. My electric bill averaged \$50 with MES. Management is crazy nice, works with you, and I never had any problems. Honestly, I was sad to leave.Also, wherever you go, get your internet from Time Warner Cable/New Wave. Their internet was dependable, fast (10 Mbps), and \$30 (compared to \$50 for 1 Mbps from MES).
Great apartments!! I ve been here for two years! It s quite, friendly, safe, and thy take really nice care of everything...the will replace furnishings such as stove, fridge, lightbulbs, air filter ect! Also the manager and maintance are really nice and esy to talk to...Rent for one bedroom is 350, not including utilities! I have lived in two different 2 bedroom apartments in Live Oaks and they both have been great. The apartments are always clean, and well maintained. The management is great--they inform the residents of what is happening around the complex, as well as the maintenance is fast to repair whatever is needed, even after hours.
