I give a 5 for the people working there. They were knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely pleased with my service. However, I purchased $402 of tox. I gave an $8 tip then was charged over $12 for a service fee to use a credit or debit card. This is insane. I have no problem paying for a product and a tip. I do have a problem paying the service fee for purchases that will always, at least for me, be charged on a card. This isn’t something new banks are doing. I've had IV therapy at numerous places, but Live Hydration is the best. Kind and knowledge staff, affordable, clean, and everything you need to make sure you're comfortable.
The facility is very clean. The staff attempted to meet my needs, and/or desires by assisting me with selecting the most effective service that targeted my specific areas of concerns. Initially my concern was experiencing cramps in my legs and feet at night, so I purchased the foot detoxification on March 23, 2026. Great experience! The facility was clean, service was quick, and the staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain their services without any pressure, making the whole process easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.
What an amazing experience! The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Dr. Webb took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor that makes you feel instantly at ease. Whenever I’m in the area, I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
