I have been resident since summer of 2024! I love all the amenities and use them to the fullest from the dog park , to the gym and pool! The management and all the Concierges make you feel like family, by getting to know your name and actually asking how your day is gone! All maintenance request or concerns Are easily reported through an app and responded to as quickly as possible. It’s a run of the mill apartment complex. We’ll be moving to the Kincaid when our lease is up to have an actual luxury apartment that corresponds to the pricing. Don’t let the jokers in the leasing office fool you, you are paying for AC, the amenity fee went for $175 to $225 this year, and when I asked the leasing agent what they were adding she said nothing…. for reference other higher end apartments amenity fees range around $40. Updating my review: After living here for over 2 years, there are various security and safety issues that you should consider before moving here. Please note that the luxury and "safe" facade presented to you is not what it seems. While crime can take place anywhere, this property will do the bare minimum to stop it. On top of this, they will not make residents aware of the events that take place in your own building. “Rob” maintenance team was excellent, prompt & friendly. Our washer/dryer was not working he came to fix it & when it came to discovery the appliance was not working he delivered, installed & provided an excellent friendly experience for us with a brand new appliance. Rob is a valuable asset to the staff & maintenance of Grandscape. Thanks Rob & staff!
