Last night I had to leave work early because I had a headache which wouldn't go away and made me nauseous and dizzy at times. I tried to sleep with a cold washcloth on my head and swallowed as many ibuprofens as I could before my chiropractor opened. Well wouldn't you know, after feeling my neck before the adjustment, my doctor asked me if I had been sleeping well. I really hadn't.
