Live Beyond Limit has the best atmosphere! I love the energy!
Kate is exceptional teaching more about the breath, body movement and deep connection within yourself. Be ready to transform on all levels when you attend a workshop, retreat or have a one on one with her. Such a beautiful place.
I've been doing private yoga training with Kate post back surgery. It's great to work with someone who understands the pain, and how to listen and respond to it!
