RecommendedThis studio has helped me become more confident in my body and practice. Ive worked through a lot physically and mentally there the last couple years and I really feel family vibes from the community. I highly recommend checking the community out! There are options for all types of people.
I've been seeing Kate and crew for about 6 years now after having 2 lower back surgeries. First time I talked to her in a chance meeting she asked what they did and said she could help me. I responded with, I can't do yoga, I have the balance of a potato on a toothpick! she said, you won't get off your back for weeks. So I tried it. Now in inverting in silks during aerial yoga. Had a fabulous yoga therapy session with Kate while in town on a business trip. She was welcoming and I felt an instant connection with her. Her studio is lovely. She was able to help me pinpoint areas where energy needed to be moved. I walked out of the session grounded and inspired! I highly recommend checking it out.
We love Kate and are beyond grateful that we found her. Wesley, our 8 year old daughter is stronger emotionally mentally and physically and truly loves Kate and aerial class.
Lemon Balm Yoga & Wellness from Indianola, MS does Aerial Yoga! Amazing!!! Kate was a wonderful instructor, and she sang the most beautiful savasana! Thank you! Would recommend Ariel Yoga @ LBL! I imagine any of the other services would be just as amazing being the energy at this place! Blessing & Namaste!
