My life is truly enriched due to the work I do with Kate each week.
Energetics master, Kate Wrightson, is able to incorporate energy work into her yoga classes! From Aerial acrobatics to group and one-on-one therapeutics, I feel this studio has something wonderful for everyone; all ages and abilities.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and I really value that the warm-ups have everything to do with what is being taught in class. It is a very fun safe and inviting atmosphere.

Kate was great! She has a strong passion for her work and it definitely shows. This was my first time at Live Beyond Limits and it was a wonderful experience:) I definitely recommend trying yoga here!:)
