Sometimes, Angels wear Black (Live Athletics therapist uniforms). Live Athletics opened a whole new door into life for me. Years of an injured back, bad knees, and a worthless hip left me physically decimated. Later, new knees, new hip, plus Live Athletics, and I am looking at a new life. All the new stuff is great, but without Live Athletics, I wouldn’t have been able to use all of it to its optimum. For physical therapy and physical conditioning, this place will get you back into life.
This has been a great experience in my recovery from shoulder surgery.EJ and the team has benefited me greatly in my healing and getting back to what is normal for me. my shoulder has come along way, and it is great to have a fully functioning shoulder. Props to Livealthletics they get my .
I have done both PT and workouts with the entire LA team. They are all exceptional and the workouts with John will definitely get you into shape quickly. I highly recommend!

Great place for PT and training. The physical therapist are very knowledgeable and the trainers know how to help you recover by making you stronger. Been coming fir a few years! Would recommend.
