Was good in the beginning, however poor management ran it down. Trash everywhere, landscape decline, water feature with slime. No policy enforcement. Luxury price without luxury living. Gunshot hitting sprinkler line, flooding several units. Pot smell throughout complex. No working garage door
Advertised as an Airbnb friendly apartment, however it’s the worst system ever you have no control as a host then the property management team has attitude issues because they don’t get any money. DONT DO IT if you are looking to rent out your place.
The Filmont is the state of the art living. They have a beauty salon, movie theater, and a small store. It's for 55 and over living. Nice place to keep in mind on your next move.
