I have been living here since October! Absolutely gorgeous view and very timely maintenance. All of management is super sweet and they have a lot of fun events. It’s also an amazing location for students the walk to UTs campus isnt bad at all!
I moved to Livano Knoxville last year after touring several other apartments downtown, and this community stood out immediately.
