I had such a great spray tan experience here. I had never had a spray tan done before and I was a little self conscious with my insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor on my body. Amy made me feel so comfortable and the tan looks gorgeous and natural! :D
Tried to give this company a fair shot but i do not believe customer service is a strong value to some employees. I think its completely rude and unprofessional to ignore customer messages about rescheduling...but then expect them to reply to staff messages when THEY need to reschedule. I messaged the stylist last week to see if my appointment could be moved up a few hours, if she had time in her schedule. If not, no biggie...she never responded. Rude.
