I loved working at LIV as a Predevelopment Intern. They have a great culture and are very easy to work with. Each employee was very helpful in teaching and helping me learn. I would high recommend.
I’ve had no privacy living at one of their development properties called Livano Grand National in Florida. The property manager (Crystal) is very rude and harasses residents.
Warning to all. Liv is a wolf in sheep's clothing. These guys seem great upfront. They provide all the amenities and services to get as many good reviews and high-paying tenants as they can. But all of a sudden they will sell the property and pull the rug on you. They sell to management teams that shut down most amenities, don't take care of the place, and treat tenants unfairly...then move onto the next property. Liv sells it's clients and tenants out for greed.
I interned with LIV this past summer, and the experience was incredible! They love what they do and care about the product they deliver. They are so intentional with each person they connect with, and they strive for excellence in their line of work. 10/10 would recommend!
