Not only I had the easiest time to move in originally, but I also had great experience renewing. Even though I wanted the impossible, guys found the way to make it most equitable for everyone and kept me and my family as happy residents. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pro: The location very accessible especially who use buses. B line, 226,221,245,249 and Bellevue-Seattle light rail over rout most of Puget sound area. Staff are friendly and available most of the time.The facility has designed to fit with modern life style eg. package room linked with application. I've lived here for three years and have never encountered anyone as unprofessional as Lydia, I have done everything in my power to have a respectful conversation with her and she rolled her eyes multiple times and asked me if I could count to 20. Please have some basic respect and learn to not treat people this way. Many reviews echo this kind of treatment as well. Please document your every interaction with them because at least they won't talk down to you over email as much.
Apartments in the north and south building where the leasing office is have a false sense of security after 6:30 the door leading into the lobby is supposed to be locked and hasn't not been locked for at least the last week. I’ve notified the office and nothing has been done. Utilities run on a runs system so even if you only stay 14 days out of a month and are just one individual you will be paying at least $180 alone in utilities not including electricity for your unit.
