Bought one of their homes recently and had issues with the windows, it turns out they do not honor the 1-year warranty specified in the home purchase contract. The warranty department keeps asking me to contact window manufacturer CGI but the warranty has expired before I purchased the home. And now they stopped responding. To be fair Liucon does have good staff like James who is very helpful, but the warranty department is horrible to work with.
Great experience. Good people to deal with.
