Very thorough. I was referred to him by my local dentist after he was having trouble finding a problem tooth that was causing me some severe pain. Dr Lui took quite a bit of time to reach the correct conclusion that I had an infected lower molar... despite me consistently saying the pain was in my upper molars! Pain is weird like that I guess. Dr. Liu was excellent. He was kind, courteous, gentle, professional, explained my options, what he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend him.
I had a root canal done by Dr. Liu as "emergency" treatment for a toothache. The office staff worked me in, seeing me just two hours after my regular dentist referred me. Dr. Liu and his assistant worked right through the lunch hour to complete the root canal. He was very caring, gentle, professional, and friendly, as was his assistant. He explained the procedure clearly and checked frequently to be sure I was doing ok. I highly recommend Dr. Liu for anyone needing endodontic care.
