Totally positive experience! Left hip replaced at LRH in July 2016. Right one 3 days ago. They took great care of me, both times.
Small hospital with big focus on quality patient care. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and dedicated to the care and needs of the patient and family members from surgical team, to nursing, to housekeeping, to dietary...positive experience all the way around! So very easy to see why Dr. Alice Rocke was chosen as on of New Hampshire's top 50 physicians. If their were categories for all phases of hospital care many of the staff that perform day to day services would be included as well.
I will never use the Emergency room every again. Because they almost killed by giving me a meds that im allergic to.
Nurse in the ER was very rude, performed no tests whatsoever, and did not listen to what was said at all. The patient (a 4 year old) was sent away with the diagnosis of a cough, when she was in pain and was brought in for that pain and other symptoms, none of which was a cough. Extremely dissatisfied with the performance of the ER department, it is upsetting and very wrong when a child and their parent are treated like they are not important.
Nurses and doctors where very kind and nice. My stay was a good as it could have been under my condition. Thank you
