I had my covid vaccination today(I use to work at DHMC). #1)SO organized. #2)I didn't even FEEL it! #3) Great group of healthcare workers. I was nervous, had never been there before, but SO easy. see you in 28 days! 😁. ty!
I went for my preoperative Covid test this morning. I couldn't of had a nicer, more professional experience. Not only was this nurse the only one on duty, but did an excellent test and was extremely nice to everyone.Then my car wouldn't start and she called maintenance for help. He got my car started and was so very pleasant. Thank you so much to both of those great employees.
I have been going to LRH for over 10 years. I have had 3 children there and at least 1 surgery. I have NEVER been as disgusted with this practice as I am now. I had an appointment today at 3:50, drove all the way there to have them tell me that it was at 3:15 and they needed to reschedule again. I’ve been fighting with this office for 2 months now to get an appointment to look at a serious issue with my breast. They changed my appointment and never bothered to call me. Emergency department admissions on Oct 13 after 7 pm was and is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of having to speak to. Dismissed us like trash

My father had surgery a week and a half ago, since he has developed an infection and been put on antibiotics. By the fourth day on his prescription he was still not feeling better, in fact he has stated each time I speak with him that he feels “horrible”. At this point he decided to reach out to the doctor to let her know. He has now fully finished his prescription, he is NOT feeling any better. If anything he feels worse.
