I never thought I'd have to go through what I did, but if I had to do it again, I'd be happy to have the maternity staff of Littleton Regional. The reason for my stay was tragic. As my family arrived and gathered, the staff showed so much compassion and respect for us. They answered all our questions, gave us many papers on help that we may need, and had general conversation that really helped to put me at ease. Back in June I had my first baby at littleton regional healthcare. They offered a birthing class and breastfeeding class, which helped prepare me for the entrance of my beautiful baby. Dr Marks, Brody & Sauter are such amazing doctors. Their staff is incredible. I can't thank them enough for all they have been able to help me with. Kelly Mason (lactation specialist) has been so great with helping me and guiding me through breast feeding. The birthing center and North Country Women's Health have been so great. Over July 4th weekend my son's family had to make four trips to emergency room; three ear infections and one major water skiing accident! Good emergency room service and great recovery after surgery,the friendliness of your staff was noted and appreciated.
For those of us that have had Dr Sauter and his staff for years this is a big adjustment... His patients are used to quicker service and more courteous service. The answering service is rude and very un personable. We are used to the soft tone of Gail and Nancy.. Who know us.. Knows our concerns and issues.. The staff for Dr Sauter always treated us with respect and dignity.. This is horrible to have to call numerous times and not get the treatment we have always received from his staff.
