Rented a room on hopped NEVEr received access code to get into building. Had to fight with hopper for an hour to refund since we couldn’t access the room. Only option to try to get help is a telephone number to leave a voicemail. Avoid at all costs!
Great location, but the parking situation is bad. They charge you $28 per day with no in and outs. They didn’t tell us this on the check in email that was sent and we ended up having to pay for parking twice. I recommend street parking after hours. The shower knobs were wonky and it was difficult to get hot water. There was a leak in the fridge. We stayed in unit 502.
Really great experience with this rental. I was nervous reading some of the past reviews but didn’t come across any of that. Very spacious, great location, and clean. Overall, you can find parking for $10/night down the road. Will be back!
I’m usually pretty easygoing when it comes to accommodations, but this place was a complete disappointment. It felt old, dirty, and not remotely ready to be rented out—yet it’s priced at nearly $300 a night. It honestly felt like a rental company swooped in, did the bare minimum to make it “rentable,” and called it a day. The upstairs has gray carpet with noticeable stains, every toilet had a lingering sewer smell, and the Wi-Fi would randomly disconnect throughout our stay. This company has poor business practices. They had a property listed on Airbnb which I booked because it was near the COTA F1 race track shuttle. They confirmed 5 months ahead of the trip and I even went through the pre-arrival process. They said we were good to go. They then canceled three weeks later without explanation. They clearly realized that they could make more money due to the race because they now have it listed on their site for 4x the price. It went from $1,567 for four nights to $6,619! What a joke.
