UPDATE: After posting about my documented experience, G&B contacted me—not to resolve the outstanding ledger issues I have repeatedly contacted them about, but to again threaten me with a previous legal allegation and state that they may pursue a defamation lawsuit unless I remove my reviews. We stayed here on a short term lease and I wish someone had warned us about the management company, G&B property management. Communication is TERRIBLE. Amongst many issues, the biggest one is that they haven't returned our security deposit, even after we passed the inspection and they confirmed it would be returned. Rented a room on hopped NEVEr received access code to get into building. Had to fight with hopper for an hour to refund since we couldn’t access the room. Only option to try to get help is a telephone number to leave a voicemail. Avoid at all costs!

Great location, but the parking situation is bad. They charge you $28 per day with no in and outs. They didn’t tell us this on the check in email that was sent and we ended up having to pay for parking twice. I recommend street parking after hours. The shower knobs were wonky and it was difficult to get hot water. There was a leak in the fridge. We stayed in unit 502.
