This company has poor business practices. They had a property listed on Airbnb which I booked because it was near the COTA F1 race track shuttle. They confirmed 5 months ahead of the trip and I even went through the pre-arrival process. They said we were good to go. They then canceled three weeks later without explanation. They clearly realized that they could make more money due to the race because they now have it listed on their site for 4x the price. It went from $1,567 for four nights to $6,619! What a joke. Really solid spot in the middle of downtown — easy to walk to bars, restaurants, and all the action. The view of the balcony was really nice. The loft was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth. Only downside was the street noise at night with some panhandling right at the buildings entrance and the host taking a bit to reply at one point. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Overall, I’d definitely stay again.

The apartment was old and dirty, with stained carpets and furniture. Half of the lightbulbs did not work, it was dark. It has NOTHING to do with the fake pictures you see when booking. They may have renovated 1 or 2 of the units but not the one we stayed in. Check in was a mess, we couldn't even get in because the door code provided did not work. Great location and felt like home! Staff was amazing and responsive. It was clean and the balcony was a huge plus. It was next to all the action on 6th street and the unit was big and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would stay again!
