Horrible service, waited over 40 min for food, got my order wrong, extremely boring salad, never refilled my water, waiter never checked on us, had to hunt him down, had to leave so ended up taking the food to go, the to go boxes didn’t even fit in the bags they gave me, I witness tension and drama between servers and customers and servers and staff, so unprofessional, never apologized for our food taking so long. My meal was not good and ended up throwing it away. Super disappointing.
They can start by getting rid of their rude waitresses that are argumentative and tell your customers to pay your bill and get out before the police is called because I had an issue with my over cooked steak. Then hire managers that don't condone that behavior by not acting in the same way of their servers. I felt like I was being discriminated against and subjected to threats.
RecommendedWe live in Joplin Missouri. When we come out to visit our daughter. You are an absolute must stop. We really do love your pizza and would give anything if you have one in our home town or even close. I'm sure as a small restaurant the competition is fierce.But you all have really done a great job. Please keep up the good work. We always tease our daughter when she comes back to grab a couple pizzas and bring them with her on the plane.
Very good authentic Italian food. Service was ok, possibly short staffed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants great food!

They have remodeled and the charm is gone. The meal portions have decreased and I found the staff to be indifferent and unfriendly. Stay away this restaurant is. It what it once was. THANKS FOR DESTROYING ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTUAunts
