I have been there several times with my littlest who is a frequent visitor. The wait time is excellent, the staff very friendly and polite, and we've always had excellent care.
Had the BEST urgent care experience with my daughter on Tuesday Night. Dr Osborn, we caring, patient and loving.
When my son pediatric office is booked.. little Spurs was available AND was able to see my son. the staff was great and it was quick. Thank you!! :)
Took my 21 month there, today, for a fever. The front clerk was very pleasant and helpful. We didnt wait long at all. Once called back, the MA was professional, height and weight was done then off to the room. The PA was nice but, the visit was quick..a little too quick. She barely addressed his issues and sent me and my feverish child on my way.
This place is horrible. I took my 2 year old princess there because she had been complaining of her private parts hurting.. the doctor came in the room and barely examined at all!! Said she had "diaper dermatitis" .. took her to the ER a day later because i felt like that wasn't right and she had a severe UTI. I will never trust them with my little girl again.!
I love this clinic always friendly and fast I wish they could be my girl's pcp... Love it
We were seen quickly. Staff very caring and efficient . Dr. Bailey was very personable.
