I’m never coming here again! The front desk ladies always make my visit more frustrating and stressful. This is the second time I’m here and they told me they couldn’t verify my insurance again wanting to charge me $165 instead of my $20 copay. They did that the last time too. My son has bad stomach pain. There is absolutely no one else here and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for my child to be seen.
The worst customer service!! I have CHIP and I didn’t have my insurance card and she wouldn’t even look up my information! Crazy how anyone else can do it.
This was our 1st time going to this clinic. We went at the right time. Only 1 child in front of us. Staff was super friendly. The doctor was wonderful. All in all we had a great experience.
They were great with my son. They were fast and efficient, all while not making feel rushed.

There ridiculous over there. Doctors excuse given to me and they make sign pages of paperwork to release medical records to me. They’re rude and at times it takes an hour to check in patients. I used to love this place and they were great at one point but now it is not the same and i just can not go back to this clinic. They just don’t treat your children with care or any concern.
RN Lydia ChapaWilson was extremely rude!! I have never wrote a bad review until today after the experience I went through I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I walk out of there very unhappy and a waste of my time.
