I was willing to drive over an hour to take my 2yr old here because I thought it would be a great place since they specialize in kids.... After calling 2x and getting such rude customer service over the phone and reading the reviews I will not be going! I would have gave zero stars but it wouldn't let me.... I was appalled at how I was treated when just trying to make an appt!

Very poor customer service. Unprofessional over the phone. Staff is very cold. Surprisingly unfriendly towards kids for being a kids salon. I totally agree with the poster above! So glad there are more and more kid friendly places popping up in Pittsburgh! They really need to learn to earn customer appreciation. They take it for granted.

It's a very nice looking shop with lots of T.V.'s and toys to keep small children occupied. I was able to walk-in during a weekday and receive a cut very quickly. However, the staff did not seem very personable or nice and the haircuts that my young boys have received there were not very good.(Even though they weren't antsy thanks to the cartoons playing.) Definately not worth what they charge. I have tried them a few times over the years but don't think I'll be returning. You can receive better cuts for the same price at ot... read more
